5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return the goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The costs of posting and returning the goods shall be borne by you.
5.2 Upon receipt and inspection of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid (excluding potage costs) or an exchange credit as required.
5.3 The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(a) In the event that the product has been used.
(b) In the event that the goods are not returned in the original packaging in a resalable condition.
